Nestled in the heart of Salmon Arm, British Columbia, Forest & Food Fixation is a labor of love—a celebration of time-honored traditions and the wild abundance that surrounds us.
We believe in the magic that happens when simple ingredients meet patient hands. Our artisanal breads are crafted using traditional methods, slow fermentation, and the finest local ingredients we can source.
But our passion doesn't stop at bread. We venture into the forests and meadows of the Shuswap region, foraging for wild ingredients that connect us to the land and bring unique flavors to your table.
